All content and digital products available and/or sold from stinnettsticks.com or provided to you by any means from Stinnett Sticks is copyrighted material and belongs exclusively to Mike Stinnett and his immediate family. All digital content and download links for products including, but not limited to, videos, music, and e-books, cannot be copied, shared, sold, displayed, distributed or altered by any means or in any form except that customers who have purchased a digital product are granted the license to create one backup copy of the product for their own personal use.

You are responsible to make sure your device is able to access and accommodate any download that you purchase, and you bear all risk of loss after downloading the application.  This includes any loss due to a computer or hard drive malfunction.
