Due to the difficulties and turmoil in the world, today, I am only shipping in the USA at this time.  This is because I cannot guarantee safe and timely delivery.

Digital Downloads

Digital download purchases  are non refundable. Please contact us if you have any difficulty with downloading your purchase.

Purchase Processing

Payments are processed through Squareup.com.  We can also accept apple-pay and google-pay and major credit cards.  So transactions are subject to the policies of these companies.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

​

All sales of merchandise and downloads are final and I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.  Shipments include tracking and a signature willl be required at the time of delivery. Please contact me if you have any problems with your delivery.

Sales that are made through other vendors like Teespring, Fine Art America, Pixels, Amazon, Treeline and Square are subject to their terms and conditions. 

 

In Case of Damage During Shipping

I cannot be responsible for what happens to the merchandise after it leaves my post office.  However, shipments are insured for damage during shipping. If your purchase arrives damaged, please do your best to document the damage with photos. Please include photos of any signs of damage to the packaging as well. The insurance company will be the one to determine the amount of refund. In the case that it is determined to be a total loss and a full refund, not including shipping, is to be issued, the buyer may have to show proof of total destruction of the item.
